The Primary RAMP Mission is to Accelerate the Acquisition of High Quality, Low Volume, Diminished Manufcaturing Source and Long Lead Items. The Secondary RAMP Mission is to Transfer Solutions to DoD and Commercial Buyers and Suppliers.   The RAMP Virtual Enterprise:     In order to most efficiently utilize the RAMP technology that has been deployed to government and commercial sites around the country, the DoD RAMP Program Office and Team SCRA conceived and implemented the RAMP Virtual Enterprise. Under this concept, geographically separated and functionally diverse organizations operate as a single entity to produce one-of-a-kind, non-standard parts in a highly efficient and timely manner.   Focused R&D:     Today, Team SCRA's RAMP-related R&D is primarily focusing on: Web Based Enterprise/Electronic Commerce Product Data Engineering Factory Command Control and Communication (C³)
